We are now offering telemedicine rechecks via Televet!

Click below to download the app on your iOS or Android smartphone and set up an account. Search for "Dermatology & Allergy for Animals" as your vet.  This is ONLY available to recheck a problem we are currently treating. 

We are happy that you are interested in our telemedicine capabilities.  The Televet app is available for iOS and Android only.  You will need to make an account and then search for us as the veterinarian and request a "consultation."  We are listed as Dermatology & Allergy for Animals.  A staff member will contact you to get the appointment set-up within 24 hours (if you request a consultation on a Friday or the weekend, it will not be seen until Monday).  The app will put a hold on your card for the cost of the recheck plus a $5 usage fee, but you are not actually charged until the televisit is completed.  While we are very excited to have this new technology, we want you to understand it is not a true replacement for an in-person recheck.  If the doctor determines that he/she cannot adequately diagnose or assess your pet via a video chat, we will have to schedule an in-person recheck.  You will not be charged a second exam fee, but you would be responsible for any diagnostics and treatment fees as usual.   Please let us know if you have any questions.
