As the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, we want you to know we are still OPEN, but have taken measures to reduce the spread of this virus to our clients and staff.

Effective immediately, clients may only enter the building with a mask to use the restroom

When you arrive for your appointment, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR WITH YOUR PET AND TEXT the respective office that you have arrived:

A team member will call you to discuss your pet’s needs by phone and then come out to retrieve your pet. Once the exam and any discussed baseline tests have been completed, the doctor will call you to discuss the next steps. When the visit is complete, we will bring your pet back out to you and complete the checkout process via phone. Receipts and discharge notes will be emailed in most situations. We ask that you try to fill out any new-patient paperwork online as well to reduce paper handling. We know it can be stressful to be separated from your pet, but want you to know we will do everything to make the visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We have unfortunately had to temporarily suspend after-hours medication and allergy vaccine pick-ups. ALL MEDICATIONS AND VACCINES, must be picked up during our normal operating hours (Springfield: M-F 9am to 5pm) or they must be shipped.
